launching a new partner
Once someone has decided to build a business and become your partner, it is essential to set a Business launch - a Quick Start Launch within 24 to 48 hours to get them off the ground with clarity and momentum while they are in the beautiful initiatory energy of their "YES" decision.
Steps for your Launch Appointment
- Set an hour+ appointment to meet with your new partner in person. If they're out of town, you can set a phone appointment, sending them the launch form by email to walk through together. Find a quiet place so there are no distractions!
- If you are new at this, you can bring one of your upline support partners to back you up, and also to introduce your new partner to more of their support team!
- We also encourage you to bring another partner along as well, so they can learn how to do an effective launch by being there and watching you. Remember: This is a Team Sport!
- Follow the steps in the New Partner - Manna Team Launch Checklist. Use this piece to walk your partner step by step through the launch process, stay on focus and move your new partner into effective action. Have a copy printed for each of you who are at your new partner's launch. Print copies of the Names List Memory Jogger for them as well.
- At the end, if they are out of town, you can connect them on a 3-way call with a support partner to welcome and congratulate them, answer any questions they may have and expand their vision of their simple first steps.
